About us

Pure Earth Foundation (PEF)

is an environment-concerned charitable society formed by a professional group of eminent Scientists, Retired Bureaucrats, Environmentalists and Technocrats. The group has made several deliberations on the lurking dangers of Environmental degradation, Climate Change, Global Warming and resulting predicament faced by Human kind in General and the poor common man in particular. The problem was a phenomenon common to the entire planet affecting entire Environment whether land, sea, animals and atmosphere as well was Soil & Water. With immense knowledge and experience, the members of PEF decided to do whatever possible help to restore the environment and the people by suitable measures to save the planet by enlighten, educate and create awareness

Awareness & Education

PEF professional speakers have delivered free lectures/seminars on the need of Pure Earth and clean Environment along with the technical knowledge on the significance of planet earth in space. These awareness programs are aimed to create interest on research and innovation in the subjects related to environment and earth sciences. Several Seminars & Guest lectures were conducted in virtual and physical modes for students of JNAFAU, Gurunanak Institutions, VBIT, JBIT, Sarojini Naidu Vanitha Maha Vidyalaya for women, Indira Priyadarsini college, Layola Degree and PG college, SPW Degree & PG College, MSW-Osmania University, Silver Jubilee College, KVR Degree college etc.,

Plantation & Greenery development

PEF regularly takes up the plantation of tree saplings activity every year during World Environment Day and other significant eccations by involving students and local people. Rural people are motivated to takeup this activity in their own lands. Plantation around a cricket ground near Chilkur village in Ranga Reddy District was organised on World Environment day of the year 2020 by involving Mandal Revenue officer, Revenue Inspector of Moinabad mandal and other local public representatives. All the plants were geo-tagged for monitoring the surveillance.

Combating with Plastic Pollution

PEF continuously persuades people to avoid single use plastic bags and use cloth bags for multiuse and long life. Our members distributed cotton bags with PEF emblem as a public motivation. Jute bags are being distributed in the Pure Earth Environment Conferenes conducted by PEF. The eminent speakers of PEF regularly address the dangers & issues of plastic use and enlighting the alternative materials & their sources during guest lectures, seminars, meetings and discussions. It is our Endeavour to contribute, in the saving of our mother earth with entire bio-life to live and thereby handing over a better planet and Environment for future generations to come.

Projects & Internships

Scientists & Technocrats who are life members of PEF will guide the students to take up their academic projects and internship works in Engineering, IT, Environment, Forestry, Geo-sciences, Archaeology, Rural & Urban development, Natural Resources, Agriculture, Water resources, Ecological issues and Social Impacts, Geo-informatics, Networking and Data Security etc., The works are offered in both online & physical modes. The duration of the internships will be minimum one month to maximum six months. Students who are doing their academic project work towards their B.E/B.Tech, BSc/B.Com or MSc/MA/MS/MTech degrees are also guided by our scientific team. Interested students can reach out us through a letter from their concerned Faculty/HOD/Principal.

Students Studying M.Tech in Urban Planning and B.Tech in Planning with JNAFAU have undertaken their internship works at Pure Earth Foundation.

87 Students studying in their final year degrees(BA, BCom &BSc) from Sri Padmavathi Women's Degree & PG College, Tirupathi have undergone one month internship during Nov-Dec 2022.

Students from G Narayanamma Institute of Technology & Sciences and from IIIT Hyderabad are undergoing internship works during Feb-April 2023.
